Geoffrey Bawa’s architectural expertise has bought fame to Sri Lanka while he was also renowned as one of the most influential Asian architects of his generation.

The Bawa House which is considered as a special site in Colombo houses art and artefacts from the collection of the late architect which can be very captivating and educative for visitors with a knack for interior designing and arts. Gone through an evolution throughout the years gradually, the house has expanded from its original setting while it speaks volumes of a post independence era design by incorporating space and light.

Considering the strict guidelines of minimum guests and tour times, we urge you to book the ticket online through Lakpura so that we can make arrangements for you to have the physical ticket in your possession prior to entering the premises. You can avoid delays and long waits by booking through us. Our booking reference alone will not be sufficient while you will need the physical ticket which acts as a pass. Additional services are not included in the ticket.
